William A. Bares, CPA Promoted to Shareholder
Vrakas is proud to announce the promotion of William A. Bares, CPA, to the firm’s shareholder group.
Will joined Vrakas CPAs + Advisors in 2021 and has 15 years of experience across public accounting and the real estate development industry, serving clients in the construction and real estate sectors. He specializes in tax consulting, compliance, and planning for privately held businesses and their owners.
Will has extensive experience advising on complex real estate strategies, including real estate syndication structures, acquisition and disposition planning, like-kind exchanges, and cost segregation studies. He holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Nicole C. Rice, CPA Promoted to Principal
Vrakas is also pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole C. Rice, CPA, to Principal.
Nicole joined Vrakas CPAs + Advisors with a diverse background in both public accounting and industry experience. As an Audit Principal in the firm’s Kenosha office, she leads audit and review engagements serving clients primarily in the nonprofit and construction sectors. Nicole holds a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
