Vrakas Business Valuations, Inc., an affiliate company of Vrakas CPAs + Advisors, is pleased to announce the promotion of Paul D. Schoessow to Principal.
Schoessow was hired as an intern in spring 2006 and joined the firm’s professional staff in 2007 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting. Schoessow is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) as well as a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He is a resident of Oak Creek, WI.
As a principal at Vrakas Business Valuations, Inc., Schoessow is responsible for working with clients to identify their valuation and other related needs and performing detailed analysis to determine the most appropriate and supportable solutions to his client’s needs. Schoessow specializes in valuing privately-held businesses for the purposes of succession planning, divorce, shareholder buyouts and other purposes. He also has experience in testifying regarding income available for support for divorce cases.
