William A. Bares, CPA
Will joined Vrakas CPAs + Advisors in 2021 and has 15 years of experience across public accounting and the real estate development industry, serving clients in the construction and real estate sectors. He specializes in tax consulting, compliance, and planning for privately held businesses and their owners and has extensive experience advising on complex real estate strategies, including real estate syndication structures, acquisition and disposition planning, like-kind exchanges, and cost segregation studies. He holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
