Vrakas CPAs + Advisors recently announced the promotions of Dave Canedo, CPA, Chris Marks, CPA, and Goran Vukovic, CPA.
Canedo, previously a staff accountant, has been promoted to Senior Accountant, in the firm’s tax department. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he earned a Masters of Professional Accountancy degree in taxation. Canedo is also a 2012 recipient of the Elijah Watt Sells Award. Canedo is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a resident of Bayview, Wisconsin.
Marks, previously a staff accountant, has been promoted to Senior Accountant. He was brought in as an intern in January 2011, and joined the professional staff in September 2012. Marks is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where he earned a Master of Professional Accountancy degree in 2012. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the university in 2011. Marks is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a resident of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
Vukovic has also been promoted from staff accountant to Senior Accountant. He joined the firm in 2012 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, with a Masters of Professional Accountancy. Vukovic also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2011. Vukovic is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a resident of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
