Vrakas/Blum Computer Consulting is looking to fill the role of Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant. In this remote position, you will work with clients to implement Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaborate with a team successfully. A minimum of two years of implementing Sage Intacct is required to apply for this position. This position is entirely remote.
Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Configure and implement according to customer requirements and best practices.
- Provide training to end users.
- Perform data conversions using Excel. CData and Postman experience helpful.
- Lead the discovery process, maintain, and update project plans.
- Make recommendations for new processes and procedures
- Develop reports and dashboards
- Work with 3rd party market solution providers
- Provide technical support to clients post-implementation
- Participate in multiple implementations while ensuring deadlines are met
- Proactively communicate with clients and the team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years implementing Sage Intacct
- Experience in configuration, system design, report writing, data migration, and training
- Understanding of dimensional accounting and financial accounting processes and accounting principles
- Experience within general business, non-profit, hospitality, and professional services.
- Wholesale distribution and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Construction and projects experience is a plus
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines
- Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think “outside of the box” to resolve problems
- Motivated, self-starter who can work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong project management and time management skills.
- Able to effectively collaborate with team members in a professional and supportive manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CData and or Postman is a plus. Strong Excel skills are mandatory.
- Experience with other ERP packages, including QuickBooks, Sage 100, Sage 300, View Point, and Dynamics, is a plus.
Applicants must hold a current Sage Intacct certification or be able to attain their certification within 90 days of employment.
