Scott Blazek, CPA

With over a decade of audit experience in middle-market construction, Scott joined Vrakas in the summer of 2024.

As a principal in our audit practice, he brings strategic leadership and a strong commitment to excellent client service. Scott builds lasting client relationships by getting to know each business and delivering audit solutions that fit their changing needs. With deep knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards, he helps clients navigate complex financial reporting challenges with clear guidance. He also leads the growth and development of our audit team and looks for new ways to provide additional value for our clients.

As a University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduate, Scott spent nine years at a large accounting firm, most recently as an audit manager specializing in construction. Before his career in accounting, Scott served as a Sergeant in the United States Army.

Scott resides in Big Bend with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.
