Scott Blazek, CPA

With over a decade of audit experience in middle-market construction, Scott joined Vrakas as an audit principal in the summer of 2024.

At Vrakas, Scott is a leader in middle-market construction, where his responsibilities include planning, conducting, and overseeing assurance services for construction-based clients. Through his responsibilities and certifications, Scott actively works to build strong connections with all his clients, enabling him to understand their needs better.

As a University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee graduate, Scott spent nine years at a large accounting firm, most recently as an audit manager specializing in construction. Before his career in accounting, Scott served as a Sergeant in the United States Army.

Scott resides in Big Bend with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.
