Sawyer joined Vrakas as a full-time employee in 2023 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Before joining the firm, Sawyer interned with Vrakas in 2021 and 2022. As a Senior Audit Associate, he leads audit engagements from start to finish with a strong client-first approach, making sure each audit is handled with transparency and responsiveness. Sawyer manages a team of associates; reviews work papers and communicates findings and suggestions to clients in a way that fits each client’s unique business needs. With experience working across a variety of industries, he works with clients to identify opportunities for improvement and share practical recommendations.
Sawyer resides in Racine, Wisconsin. Outside of work, he loves to stay active and plays semi-professional football for the Racine Raiders.
