Katherine Weigand, CPA

Kathy joined the firm’s audit department in the Summer of 2024. As an Employee Benefit Plan Audit Senior Associate, she leads audit fieldwork and manages engagement responsibilities with a strong focus on client service. She works directly with plan sponsors, administrators, and service providers to coordinate audit steps, address compliance questions, and keep engagements moving forward on schedule. Along with supervising and reviewing associate work, Kathy shares helpful recommendations to support clients in strengthening their plan administration. By staying up to date on benefit plan regulations, she offers practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs. Kathy attended Wisconsin Lutheran College, where she obtained her degree in accounting.

Kathy resides in New Berlin, WI. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, making pottery, and reading.
