As a Principal in the tax practice, Karelyn brings strategic leadership and serves as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters. Karelyn builds long-term relationships by learning each client’s unique goals and delivering tailored tax strategies that support growth and financial success. With deep expertise in tax structuring, compliance, and planning, she helps clients navigate changing tax laws and find new ways to enhance tax efficiency. She also guides the tax team’s mentorship and training programs, drives business development, and helps expand the firm’s ability to deliver outstanding value and service.

A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Karelyn grew up in New Berlin and now lives in Waukesha with her husband, Randy. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, gardening, scrapbooking, and spending time with family.
