His responsibilities extend beyond the traditional help desk support; Gjeret manages and optimizes all technology environments across various Vrakas locations. He ensures secure, efficient, and top-tier technological solutions are in place, tailored to meet the specific needs of each office and its operations.
Before his time at Vrakas, Gjeret owned and managed a successful technology company for 15 years. His background in enterprise environments enabled him to help clients make sustainable, future-focused technological decisions. As a former business owner, Gjeret appreciates the essential role that technology plays in every aspect of a business and implements this understanding at Vrakas.
Gjeret maintains an active role within the community, contributing to numerous local organizations. He currently resides in New Berlin with his wife, son, and two cats. His twin daughters are exploring their academic careers at college. Gjeret is a passionate foodie and he enjoys traveling to new and exciting food destinations. In his downtime, he also indulges in lapidary, the art of cutting and polishing gemstones.
