Chris Kraft, ASA

As a Manager for Vrakas Business Valuations, LLC, Chris has more than 12 years of experience in business valuation and financial analysis. He collaborates closely with clients and the firm’s valuation team to provide valuation services for gift and estate planning, marital dissolution, and litigation support.

Chris brings extensive experience in analyzing financial information, managing valuation engagements, conducting management interviews, and preparing comprehensive valuation reports. Throughout his career, Chris has developed a strong background in business valuation, working with companies across a variety of industries including construction and manufacturing.

As a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Chris enjoys helping clients understand the story behind their financial data and providing insights needed to support informed business decisions. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Chris resides in Pewaukee, WI, with his wife, three children, and two dogs. Outside of work, Chris enjoys hockey, spending time with his family, and coaching youth hockey.
