A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Amber joined Vrakas in 2024 with over 5 years of experience at a mid-sized firm, where she helped expand the EBP practice to different regions and brought in new clients from the West Coast. As an Employee Benefit Plan Audit Manager, she leads complex audit engagements and is a trusted advisor to our employee benefit plan clients. Amber manages teams and resources to make sure audits are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with all requirements. By working directly with plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and service providers, she offers guidance on compliance, operational risks, and best practices in plan administration. By getting to know each client’s plan structure and goals, she provides insights that help clients stay ahead of changing regulations and meet their responsibilities.
Amber resides in Richmond, VA, with her husband. Amber loves to travel, read, work out, and spend time with her family outside of work.
