Vrakas Business Valuations, Inc. is proud to announce Valuation Analyst, Robert Grey, is now an Accredited Member (AM) of the American Society of Appraisers.
In order to achieve this elite accreditation, Robert was required to pass all four Principles of Valuation courses in Business Valuation, pass the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Exam, and pass the ASA Ethics Exam. In addition, candidates must demonstrate a minimum of two years of full-time appraisal experience.
The AM credential not only demonstrates his knowledge and experience as a valuation expert, but also showcases his dedication to high ethical standards and professionalism. Moving forward, Robert will be required to meet rigorous qualifications and ongoing education to maintain his credential.
As a Valuation Analyst, Robert performs a wide variety of business valuation services related to gift and estate, divorce, shareholder transition and business planning. His responsibilities include preparing financial analysis, guideline company analysis, industry and economic research, valuation modeling, and report writing to prepare credible and reliable business valuation reports and other valuation-related deliverables for his clients.
