Jim Holmes, President and Managing Shareholder of the Brookfield based firm Vrakas CPAs + Advisors, was elected Chairman of the North America Board of Directors of CPA Associates International, Inc., a leading association of accounting firms.

Mr. Holmes has been with the firm for 31 years. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). He is active in several community and civic organizations and enjoys sharing his professional expertise.
