The following responsibilities, opportunities, and requirements for this position are as follows:
Responsibilities & Opportunities:
- Responsible for corporate, flow-through (partnerships/S-corporations), individual, and trust tax compliance – Both Federal and multistate.
- Forward thinker who can anticipate client needs and plan for quarterly estimates and year-end planning.
- Confidence in leading client communications and establishing relationships with existing clients.
- Lead staff members in performing tax review and compliance work.
- Develop and mentor tax associates by leading training sessions and providing constructive feedback.
- Manage special projects, including transaction work, audits/notices, and internal firmwide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (minimum)
- Certified Public Accountant license
- 6+ years of public accounting experience
- Manufacturing, construction, distribution, real estate, or service industry experience a plus
- Experience in CCH tax software (Engagement, Axcess, Document, etc.) a plus

Individual salaries are determined based on multiple factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
