The SBA continues to issue additional guidance in the form of responses to FAQs regarding the SBA Payroll Protection Program (PPP) loans. A complete set of the FAQs published by the SBA to date can be found here.
We would like to highlight FAQs #31 – #45. These FAQs have been issued just in the past week and should be read carefully by all borrowers. Also, it is important to understand that for many of the PPP loan topics, the SBA has indicated further guidance is still forthcoming. We suggest visiting the FAQs site regularly as new guidance is posted as frequent as daily.
