With the April 15 deadline in the rearview mirror, we would like to take a moment to celebrate our outstanding spring interns. At the beginning of the year, we welcomed a dynamic group of individuals into our firm. Their time with us enhanced our primetime season and provided them with personalized experiences that will further their aspiring careers in accounting.
During their internship, the spring intern group assisted with various engagements, including audits, reviews, and corporate and individual tax returns. To ensure a quality experience, all interns performed the same level of work as associates under the supervision of assigned mentors. The mentorship program provided personal support, helping interns navigate challenges and gain insights from seasoned professionals. Additionally, the program fostered a collaborative environment, encouraging interns to communicate with employees at all levels, seek feedback, and enhance their accounting skills.
