Dan joined Vrakas in 2021 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a master’s degree in business administration. Before joining the firm, he interned with Vrakas in the spring of 2019. As an audit Manager, he leads complex audit engagements with a focus on delivering top-notch client service and real value. Dan manages teams and resources to make sure audits run smoothly and meet GAAP and regulatory standards. By working directly with client executives, he shares findings and practical insights that help clients make informed decisions and improve their operations. Dan takes the initiative to understand each client’s environment, assess risks, and adjust audit strategies as needs change. He also helps advance our audit methods and best practices, supporting our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Dan resides in Brookfield, WI. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring nature, diving into new books, and experimenting with cooking.
