Scott Wildman, CPA, ABV, CVA

Scott joined Vrakas CPAs + Advisors in 1986. He currently serves as the shareholder-in-charge of Vrakas Business Valuations, LLC, and is a member of the firm’s board of directors. Scott is responsible for identifying his client’s needs, researching and analyzing each situation, and applying the most appropriate valuation methodology. He also provides support for the firm’s audit and tax practices.

Before joining Vrakas, Scott interned in an international firm’s Small Business Audit Department. With over 35 years of experience, he has played an integral role in developing Vrakas’s Business Valuation and Litigation Support practice. Scott is a full-time valuation professional, focusing on helping his clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. Scott is often court-appointed in litigation matters. He has also effectively assisted in shareholder transitions, implemented succession planning, assisted clients in acquiring business interests, and created property division and support options for numerous collaborative and traditional marital dissolution cases. Scott has also helped various businesses maximize value through proper merger and acquisition planning and execution.

Scott attributes his successful career to his commitment to his profession and clients. He also considers teamwork and the fact that good people at Vrakas surround him significant factors in his success. As an active member of professional and local business organizations, Scott frequently speaks on business valuation and various divorce financial topics.

While away from the office, Scott enjoys activities with his family, hiking, disc golf, biking, traveling, and fishing. He is also an active member of his church. Scott participates in Men’s Ministry activities, has taught Sunday school, and was a confirmation guide leader. Scott and his wife reside in Pewaukee, WI.
