As a partner for Vrakas Business Valuations, LLC., Paul is responsible for working with clients to identify their valuation and related needs and performing detailed analysis to determine the most appropriate and supportable solutions.
Paul specializes in valuing privately held businesses for succession planning, divorce, shareholder buyouts, and other purposes. He also has experience in testifying regarding income available for support for divorce cases.
Paul graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and joined the firm in 2007. He began his career in the audit department and transitioned into the valuation department in 2011.
Paul enjoys working closely with business owners. He has proven an asset to his clients through his genuine interest in learning about their business and offering proactive advice. Paul feels this, and his ability to draw upon his audit experience helps him succeed as a valuation professional.
A Wisconsin native, Paul grew up in Ozaukee County and now lives in Franklin. He enjoys living close to downtown Milwaukee and all it has to offer. Away from the office, Paul enjoys trips up north and snowmobiling. He plays soccer with the Milwaukee Kickers soccer club and is involved in the Milwaukee soccer community.
