Having joined the firm in 2023, Carolyn fills a dual role as a member of both the audit and business valuation departments.
As an audit associate, she performs a wide variety of client services by helping prepare financial statements and footnotes, management reports and other engagement items.
As a business valuation associate, she performs an assortment of business valuation services related to gift and estate, divorce, shareholder transition, and business planning. Her responsibilities include performing research, preparing financial analysis, valuation calculations, and draft reports to communicate results.
